Training
Every installation includes extensive personal staff training, so you and your staff know exactly how to gain the most out of your comprehensive system.
We provide a detailed training manual for every system installed that will allow anyone to look up anything they are unsure about. If you still need help with any issues, our team is always ready to support you.
We provide additional training sessions that allow you to give your staff refresher courses and upskill key people in the various departments, i.e. front of house, restaurant &bar. Furthermore, we offer management courses that train you on how to use the system to your greatest advantage & in turn maximize your return on investment.

This Support Plan includes 24 hours seven days a week phone support, Software upgrades are available free and system support and repair services are available on demand.
